INSTRUCTIONS FOR FOREIGN APPLICATIONS
To enroll in language training programs of full-time education (entry into the Russian Federation), it is necessary to issue an invitation.
To issue an invitation, it is necessary to send to the e-mail of the International department of the Don State Agrarian University (
oriodongau@rambler.ru) scanned copies of good quality documents and the following information about yourself:
- high-quality scan of the passport with translation into Russian (it is important that the validity period of the passport is at least 18 months before the expiration of the visa);
- personal information: country and city of birth, country and city of residence, country and city of visa application;
- contact phone number and an e-mail address (personal) for feedback;
- a legalized, translated into Russian and notarized document on the education received;
- medical certificates confirming the absence of HIV and other infections.
As soon as the documents are checked and the registration of the invitation begins (within 20 working days), the university sends a letter notifying you of the time when the invitation will be ready and on what date entry into the territory of the Russian Federation will be allowed. After that, it is necessary to obtain a permit to enter the Russian Federation at the Embassy of the Russian Federation.
THE MOST IMPORTANT thing is to arrive in the village of Persianovsky 1.5 months before the expiration of the visa. To do this, you should purchase an air ticket in the city of Mineralnye Vody or in Moscow or in Krasnodar and send a photo of it to the international department of the Don State University. If you need to be met, also let us know.
